How do I renew or upgrade my subscription package or billing period?
To upgrade or change your subscription, simply log in and follow the steps below.
Log in to My Account, which is located in the menu at the top right of theage.com.au.
Select “Manage your subscriptions” from the quick links on the My Account homepage or go to the “Subscriptions” tab.
Select a new package by selecting the ‘Change Package’ tab and clicking ‘Save’. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of the change.
You can also choose to pay annually and get a 10% discount on your subscription.
When purchasing a home delivery subscription, keep in mind that it may take up to 10 days to coordinate with your local news agency and begin shipping.
How do I update my contact, billing, or payment information?

Choose your option from the quick links on the My Account homepage or use the navigation tabs at the top of the page.
After creating updates to your details, make sure you select ‘save changes’.

When will my subscription be renewed?
Our subscription packages are renewed continuously and automatically, there are three quick ways to find out the date of your subscription renewal.
Log in to My Account in the menu at the top right of theage.com.au. Select “Manage your subscriptions” from the quick links on the My Account homepage, or go to the “Subscriptions” tab to see your subscription details.
Please check the start date listed on the confirmation email you received at the beginning of your subscription.
Contact our customer service team by sending a request or calling 13 66 66.
How can I cancel my subscription?
We hate to see you go, but if you’d like to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time. Simply contact our customer service team by submitting a request or phone 13 66 66.
Please note that at least 72 hours’ notice is required in advance of your next billing date. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period, so you can continue to enjoy the full benefits of your subscription until then. If you have an automatic renewal of your monthly subscription, please note that this subscription has not been refunded and will no longer be billed to you after the next payment cycle. If you have a subscription, you will be refunded the pro-rata fee for the remaining period.

How can I check if payments are scheduled or completed?
To view your payment schedule or history, simply log in and follow the steps below.
Log in to My Account, located in the top right menu of theage.com.au.
Select the ‘Billing Information’ tab at the top.
You can view and download past invoices from here. Monthly and annual subscriptions occur on the same date so you can see when your next payment will take place.

How do I compare other subscription packages?
- To compare subscription packages, simply log in and follow the steps below.
- Log in to My Account at the top right of theage.com.au.
- Select “Manage your subscriptions” from the quick links on the My Account homepage or go to the “Subscriptions” tab. To view all packages, select the ‘Change Package’ tab.
- An annual subscription will also receive a 10% discount on the subscription price.
How do I get a copy of my payment invoice?
You can view your invoices in the My Account section. Just log in and follow the steps below. Log in to My Account, which is located in the menu at the top right of theage.com.au.
Select the Billing Information tab at the top.
Here you can view and download previous invoices.
What is the role today?
- Today’s Paper is a digital version of the daily print newspaper and is only available to Premium subscribers. How do I get to Today’s Paper?
- Log on to theage.com.au and go to the menu at the top right to access Today’s Paper.
How do I access Today’s Paper features?
There are a number of features available in Today Paper. You can listen to the news using the audio reading feature or access new editions by exploring “Backward Releases”.
How do I get into paper issues?
- If you miss an issue, simply click on the ‘Release’ button at the top left of today’s page and you’ll see issues that lasted six months.

What should I do?
We know that going one morning without paper can be frustrating. If you do not deliver, you can contact our customer service team by sending a request or by calling 13 66 66.
We can reimburse you for undelivered paper with credit for your subscription. However, according to our business conditions, deliveries must be reported within three days. I am going.
How do I suspend newspaper delivery?
- Temporarily stopping newspaper delivery is easy. If you want to inform us about your holiday dates, simply log in and follow the steps below to stop paper delivery.
- Log in to My Account, which is located in the menu at the top right of theage.com.au. Select “Stop Delivery” from the quick links on the My Account homepage or go to the “Subscriptions” tab.
- Enter pause dates by scrolling to “Go?” And then click ‘save changes.’
- Please note that suspension requests must be notified 72 hours in advance. You will not be charged during the suspension period.
What is the maximum time I can stop a shipment?
You can interrupt paper sending for up to 60 days free of charge.
How many alerts are needed to suspend my shipment?
Please note that our customer service team requires 72 hours to process your suspension request.
Will I still have access to The Age during the suspension?
Yes, you can stay informed wherever you are, thanks to unlimited digital access at theage.com.au, such as Today’s Paper, your digital version of the daily press. Will I be charged
if I stop sending my paper?
No refunds will be refunded even if you receive credit in your account for the nominated suspension period.
Why didn’t I pay for a subscription this month when I stopped delivering paper?
You will not be charged during the suspension period and a credit will be applied to your next payment. If the suspension period is longer than your usual change date, you will not be charged for that month, and the remaining amount will be added to your next month’s payment, after deducting the suspension credit. Search for “The Age” in the App Store or Google Play and download to your device. Tap “Browse” on the home screen to open the settings menu, which appears in the upper right corner.

How can I sign in on all my devices?

Log in across all of your devices by following the steps below.
The Age website
Click on ‘Log in’ in the top right of theage.com.au.
Enter the username and password you created when you subscribed and activated your digital access, and click ‘Log in’.
The Age app
Tap ‘Browse’ from the home screen.
Tap settings found in the top right corner. Click on ‘Login’ and enter your email address and password that you created during registration.
I’m signed in, so why am I “seeing” Subscribe now “or why I’m getting a notification that I’ve reached the article limit?
If you are a subscriber and have seen subscription prompts, you are probably not logged in.
To check, look in the upper right corner at theage.com.au. If it is on the ‘Login’ or ‘Login’ button, you are not logged in. You can log in by entering your e-mail address and password that you created when logging in and activating access.
Remember that you must log in on each device you use. A maximum of six sessions are allowed at a time.

Log in to My Account from the menu at the top right at theage.com.au.
Select “Manage your newsletters” from the quick links on the My Account homepage or go to the “Newsletter” tab.
Here you can subscribe to the newsletters of your choice.

To opt out from a newsletter, simply scroll to the bottom of the email and click the ‘unsubscribe’ link found in the footer. You will receive a confirmation email once you have opted out.
Alternatively, subscribers and registered users can log in to My Account and follow the steps above for ‘How do I sign up to a newsletter’ to manage your newsletter preferences.
My newsletters are not being delivered, what do I do? If you do not receive e-mail newsletters, there may be many different reasons. Try the following:
Find your folder using Spam or Spam. If messages are in this folder, you should return them to your inbox and mark the sender’s messages and / or the name newsletter@email.theage.com.au as the secure sender as the contact.
If you can’t find your newsletters in the Junk E-Mail or Junk E-Mail Address Book, contact your service provider (or IT resources or company) to see if another layer of protection is applied.
What newsletters can I use? Subscribers will receive access to the exclusive Good Weekend newsletter only for subscribers and comment from the editor. There is also a wide range of newsletters.
