Skywaters Residences is located in district 1’s desirable Marine Bay neighbourhood, right a hop, skip and jump away from the Central Business District. The site is also surrounded by landmarks like 100AM and Guoco Tower.

Skywaters Residences Condo is located along 8 Shenton Way in District 02. This 63-storey mixed development will be the tallest building in Singapore upon completion.

Developed by Alibaba and Perennial Holdings, the development is expected to be completed in 2028. The building is set to reach a maximum height of 305 meters, breaking Guoco Tower’s 284 metre record.

The building will be one of Asia’s most sustainable skyscrapers. It is designed to achieve BCA Platinum certification for Green Mark, by reducing energy consumption, minimizing waste and conserving water, materials and carbon emissions in the construction process.

The architects for this building are DCA Architects of Singapore and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), known for their expertise in building tall skyscrapers such as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the One World Trade Center in New York City. The building will also use recycled materials and low-carbon cement to minimize its environmental footprint.
